Service Description
A Piece of Photo ID is required for your pick up. All customers must present one of the following valid government-issued photo IDS during pick up. -Canadian /US Driver's License -Canadian Citizenship Card -Canadian Permanent Resident Card -Canadian Passport -International Passport No copies will be accepted. Uber Pick up is not permitted.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Please note: If your order is not picked up on your scheduled date, your order will be deemed abandoned and therefore canceled. You will be charged a $25 restocking fee if your order is abandoned and canceled. All picks ups require a piece of photo ID
